✔ Cosmetic effects & sounds supported for each ability.
✔ Create cooldowns for each wand/ability & customize the cooldown format.

Commands:
/lw give <player> <type> <amount> // Give a wand to a player.
/lw list // View all of your custom-created wands.
/lw version // View information about the plugin version.
/lw reload // Reload the plugin.

Permission Nodes:
lw.commands - Permission required to use commands.
lw.give - Permission to give lightning wands.
lw.list - Permission to view available lightning wands.
lw.version - Permission to use the version command.
lw.reload - Permission to reload the plugin.
