Spigot 1.7.10 or newer (such as 1.8.8, 1.12, 1.16, 1.19 and above, see above)

Caveacts

Minecraft 1.13+ and WorldEdit is required for arena damage.
Minecraft 1.7.10 and 1.8.8 will not show glow effects during arena setup since these features are missing in those versions.
