FEATURES

sticky or don't sticky staff bar to the top of your forum (sticky staff bar is not affecting mobile view + works with [cXF] Top Navigation if sticky top navigation option is enabled)
add options menu icon with links to options in admin control panel only for admins with permission to view options (you must log in to admin control panel first!)
add up to 10 links to staff bar (title, URL, open in new tab)
