Permissions:
minicopterwithbombs.use - required to use bombs
To assign a permission, use: oxide.grant <user or group> <name or steam id> minicopterwithbombs.use
To remove a permission, use: oxide.revoke <user or group> <name or steam id> minicopterwithbombs.use
