Plugin's author (SerbanHero) didn't update the version number in plugin.yml, therefore it will appear as v4.0.0-rc-13 when loading/enabling, even though it's actually v4.0.0-rc-17. To make the plugin behave identically to the one published in BuiltByBit, this value wasn't edited. Thanks for the understanding.
