TagsGUI is a spigot based plugin, developed for 1.8-1.12.2, to create an EULA friendly perk system that allows players to select from a set of predefined "tags" to apply to themselves. This feature is purely cosmetic and doesn't affect gameplay, thus being completely EULA friendly. Server Owners and Administrators have the ability to reload the plugin's configuration files directly from within game after editing them - This enables the server to have updates be reflected immediately, instead of after a full restart.
