The lag spike at the beginning of the first trade upon server restart will no longer happen. Config options now support hex code coloring, so you can either use the standard &f or you can change to &{ffffff} for more variety in color choices!

A glitch was being abused to send money away after entering into the UI. This update triggers the discrepancy detection when extra offers are greater than the maximum.

- implemented a custom inventory holder class, so other plugins can interact with the trade menu, for example to prevent a special item from being traded
- made the "disable player head" option work in spectator menu
- fixed an error causing the trade not to cancel if someone quits while they are entering a trade offer in chat
- allow total remaining claim blocks to be traded from Grief Prevention rather than just using bonus claim blocks
