Simply reset or regenerate a world without restarting your Server.
Install: Put the .jar file into the plugins folder. That's it.

Additional note:
The "handlePlayers" option defines, what should happen to players currently playing on this world:

- KICK - Kicks all players on that world
- TELEPORT - Teleports all players on that world to a previously via "/wr setTeleport" defined location
- TELEPORT_BACK - Teleports all players on that world to a previously via "/wr setTeleport" defined location and back to their previous location after the reset or regeneration is complete
