ApexSMP 2.3 introduces major combat, configuration and compatibility improvements.

• Fixed basic attacks incorrectly triggering or disrupting aimed abilities.
• Restored normal Minecraft attack animations, now visible to nearby players.
• Added optional WorldGuard support for protected regions.
• Added a configuration option for enabling or disabling Legendary Storing.
