7 pages of "User Has Compromised Password"

Is this a glitch or are there legitimately seven pages of users that have compromised passwords? I've never noticed the box in the user's pages but there it is and there are a lot of users with it checked!

Would be curious to know what XF is thinking when it selects that box.
