A basic teleport plugin that gives me the ability to give the /tp command to others without giving them operator permissions.

Hello, I want to allow everyone on my small community server to use the /tp command without giving them OP permissions. From what I understand, you can’t grant permissions for that command. I also don’t want to use EssentialsX because it has too much bloat and comes preconfigured. Is there any other plugin or way to do this?
