I believe there may be a bug with the award system in the awards list located in the Help section.
At the moment there doesn’t seem to be any indicator showing which awards a user has already earned and which ones they have not. Because of this, it’s quite difficult to keep track of progress while browsing the list. When looking through the categories, everything appears the same regardless of whether the award has already been obtained or not.
Currently the only way to check which awards you have earned is by going to your profile and opening the awards tab there.
That works, but it’s fairly unintuitive and not something most users would immediately think of when they’re already viewing the awards list itself.
If this behavior is unintended, it might make sense to add some kind of visual indicator directly within the awards list. For example, completed awards could be highlighted in a different color or marked with a small symbol such as a checkmark. Another possible approach could be a small section above the existing categories (Support & Premium, Contribution & Activity, Profile & Social, and Community Support & Improvement) that lists the awards a user has already completed.
