Building my own server

to keep it short i want to make my own server without renting one for minecraft. i got a few computers that my job gave me (they were replacing and getting rid of them) and i have 4x16 gb of ram from them, im looking at newegg for motherboard, cpu case and power. i currently have a ryzen 9 7900x in my personal computer but thinking of ordering the ryzen 7 9800x3d to put in my gaming computer and use the ryzen 9 in my server build. any input or advice for the build would be much appreciated. the ultimate goal is to host a server for maybe 10 people with the ATM10 mod pack and it run smoothly with us loading lots of chunks over time. from previous experience renting a 16gb server loaded with BMC4 we had tons of lag after a while. since i have 64 gigs of ram free i figured i would never have to worry about ram usage with ATM10. is my ryzen 9 7900x okay for reaching this goal? what kinda cooling will i need. like 1 fan as well as a heatsink? looking at some micro atx boards. not trying to ball out on the heastsink, psu, motherboard and case. thanks you in advance for any advice or recomendations.
