Can't load backup in test server (new host)

Basically i dont know what im doing exactly. The world file is called "Mtn_Mama.zip" and is sourced from my server host.

1. 
   I create a test server file, true eula, change server properties from level name "world" to "Mtn_Mama"
   
   
2. 
   drop the zip in the server directory , unzip
   
   
3. 
   try to run
   
   
4. 
   dimensions seem to load in directory, server starts however map is wrong / overwritten. Journeymap shows there to be some existence of it when i pull it up, but it is being overwritten by new loading chunks around the spawn.
   

Thank you for any help in advance. Unsure what logs may be of value in this case lmk!
