Dealing with constant bypasses on standard "Game" protection

Hey everyone, reaching out to other owners who run high-traffic projects. We’re currently in a rough spot where our current L7/Game-specific protection is getting bypassed by targeted attacks.

Our players are getting dropped the second a hit comes in, and standard volumetric mitigation isn't cutting it. Does anyone here have experience with actual packet-level filtering or custom BGP routing for Minecraft?

Just looking for advice on what actually works for high-threat environments these days. Any leads would be huge.
