I’m encountering an issue with the NVC ↔ shard exchange.
Currently, I still have 3 out of 7 exchanges remaining, but the system shows “Error: limit reached” and does not allow me to continue.
At the moment, I have 17 NVC, and the exchange rate shown is 93 shards per NVC. Because of this error, part of my NVC seems to be missing or locked, and I cannot convert it at the current rate- I would like my NVC to be correctly restored and re-calculated using the current rate of 93 shards per NVC, as it appears the balance was affected by a system error.
Could you please help check and fix this issue?
