Fix server biome data

For the christmas season I added a plugin to my server that allowed it to snow in all biomes. The plugin did this by changing every biome to snowy plains so rainy weather would be snow. After removing the plugin, the biomes did not revert in the f3 overlay or in their attributes. By using the locate command, it still recognizes the original biomes. I need some way of reverting the biome attributes. Thanks.
