When I enter my server's IP address (the public ipv4 address in the oci console) minecraft gets stuck on "connecting to server". It appears that the server is running as I get messages confirming that the world loaded in the serverside terminal. I set up my server with the help of this guide, with a few exceptions. First, I used openjdk version 25 instead of 17 (I assumed that the most recent version is the best). Second, I used Fabric instead of Paper and used their installation instructions. Third,

bash -c 'echo "eula=true" > eula.txt'didn't work (unknown command error) so I used cat to make and editeula.txt. Forth, I used Ubuntu 24.04 Minimal aarch64 as it was the only image Oracle provided that works with the Ampere processors.
