Is there a plugin that would make villagers require somewhat livable conditions?

Hey, I'm hosting a little private medieval roleplay server just for my friends and I was wondering if there is a plugin that would require treating your villagers well. I mean like giving them beds and food or they would refuse to work or even die eventually.

I don't even know if this is possible with just a plugin, but any informations about if it can be done or if it exists would be greatly appreciated.

Running purpur 1.21.10.
