Killstreak Improved Bundle (killstreaks, Combat Drops, Airstrike) - Improved and Fixed Killstreaks Bundle

Killstreaks improved by adding the "/ks pending" command to view pending rewards and the correct usage command.

Improved reward system: you no longer receive a simple smoke grenade to activate via /ks. Instead, you receive a reward notification, and all available rewards are listed with "/ks pending". Using the reward command will grant the correctly named and already activated smoke grenade for use.
