So I'm new to all this stuff here and not too sure if this is the right spot, but recently I put to use my laptop thats been sitting there collecting dust as a minecraft server for my family and I to use. It's currently on ubuntu running on crafty controller. My family, in a different household, has access to the server through tailscale.
Ever since starting that, during the day my brother who wfh on a work vpn would get random disconnects. Lasting a few seconds to a minute. But during the evenings when hes not working there is no issue at all.
I'm currently with BellMTS using the Gigahub with a tp-link router attached. Everything at home is connected to the tplink router. I've tried directly connecting the laptop to the Gigahub and it still happens.
Idk if its just coincidence or not but if anyone has any insight to this apart from shutting it down during his work hours so he can work in peace. Apologies if I left anything important out
