RTPQueue v2.9.1

NEW FEATURES:
Added new toggleable Duel system:
• Players are teleported to a random location in the configured world. (World Selection GUI Soon)

Commands:
• /duel <player>
• /duel accept <player>
• /duel deny <player>

Improved teleport system :
• Added on-start and on-complete actions.
• Added the ability to restrict commands during the teleport countdown/delay.

BUG FIXES:
• Fixed multiple issues with the Location Generator.
• Fixed a race condition causing RTPQueue to stop working after...
