Running local Minecraft server but other PC on same WiFi cannot connect

I need help!

I have running Minecraft server on a Windows PC (ip address 192.168.1.41)

Other machine trying to join is MAC on same WiFi (ip address 192.168.1.151)

But when Mac tries to join ''Connecting to the server..." is stale

On windows server, firewall is setup correct for TCP port 25565

Mac can reach IP and port

nc -vz 192.168.1.41 25565 connection to 192.168.1.41 port 25565 [tco/*] succeeded!

But cannot join the server.

I really don't know what to try anymore.

Both Minecraft versions are 1.21.11
