What is the best anti cheat plugin that notifies when someone sets off an alert instead of a ban?

I want an anti-cheat for my server but I do not want a plugin that bans someone immediately because there can be false bans and I do not want innocent people getting banned randomly. I am willing to stay on the server almost 24/7 to catch cheaters, so I want a plugin that notifies staff/owners in chat when someone sets off an alert for flying or x-raying and etc. what would be the best free plugin for this, or whatever plugin to use can enable notifications in the config and turn off immediate bans?
