NULLED PTERODACTYL Console Message Changer v1.2

A simple addon to allow the modification of the pterodactyl config messages. All configuration is done in the file, an admin UI may come in a future release though. This addon includes:

• Setting the command prefix
• Setting the disk checking message
• Setting the file perms check message
• Setting the docker container image pull messages
• Setting the starting/started/offline messages
