ChatCommand "/apc retire" for players to despawn their Bradley (sets remaining time to 1 sec, yield no drop)
ChatCommand "/apc abandon" for players to reset their Lock on current Bradley making it free for all. Heals bradley instantly.
"Use Global cooldown" (default true) in profiles, set it to false if you want this tier to have own separate cooldown
