Changed
Completely reworked the NPC spawn position search system.
- The area around the player's base is now divided into 8 sectors.
- A new configuration option allows you to specify the minimum number of sectors that must contain valid NPC spawn positions for the event to start (default: 6 out of 8).
- This greatly improves event placement and prevents NPCs from spawning from only one side of the base when it is built near water, cliffs, or similar terrain.
Added an additional height validation for NPC spawn positions.
- NPC spawn positions can no longer differ by more than 9 meters in height from the player's base, preventing NPCs from spawning too high or too low relative to the event location.
Reworked the flare giveaway commands.
- You can now specify the difficulty level name instead of the flare Skin ID.
- The command now supports specifying the number of flares as the last argument.
- Added a separate admin chat command that gives flares directly to yourself without requiring a SteamID.

- Previously, cooldowns were tracked only per difficulty level.
- A new global cooldown can now be configured and is applied after completing any event.
- Set the value to 0 to disable it (default: 0).

Added a configuration option to customize the checkfoundations chat command.
Added a configuration option to automatically remove the thrown flare entity after the event starts (by default, the flare entity remains in the world)
Improved
The checkfoundations command now validates not only the player's foundations but also NPC spawn positions around the base.
Players now receive detailed validation feedback when attempting to start an event.
- If the event cannot be started, the plugin will display which foundations failed validation and the reason for each failure.
- The validation matches the results of the checkfoundations command exactly.
