Added an action bar addon API so other plugins (like EdEvents) can add their text next to the action bar instead of overwriting it, with a configurable addon-separator
Added EdPrisonBlocksExplodedEvent so other plugins can count the blocks broken by explosions and fill enchant actions
Added getAllEconomies, isCurrency, isLevel, isEconomy and addEco with multipliers to the economy API
Added notation and executeCommands to the utils API
