NULLED RUST PLUGIN server panel 1.4.16

Theres only few error in the serverpanel and serverpanel installer that you need to fix and overall it works!

on publice enum Pagination type on line 2047

it should be
public enum PaginationType
{
Text,
MultipleButtons,
SubCategories
}

then upload the serverpanel.cs first before installer so it wont crash on hope it helps
