CraftEngine Support! In early development

Added CraftEngine support, in heavy development.
Most items/armour/models have not been implemented yet.
Only the necessary ones have been created e.g swords, shields, pickaxes.
Tested on 1.21.11

CraftEngine Config Rework!

CraftEngine configurations finally reworked:

• Crossbow composite & range dispatch configurations, finally rendering arrow stages and fireworks
• Migrated from Chainmail to Netherite, untrimmable armour. Luminite Armour already has its own trims, adding trims makes it worse, but for you to experiment with, I commented out "minecraft:trimmable_armor"
• Scythe model range dispatch; diminishing luminite scythe from composite model scythe & hoe when full to half...
