Having and being part of the community is awesome.. until you have to do stuff behind the scenes, hosting, security marketing etc. As an owner, I'm pretty overwhelmed and I wanted to seek advice from you if that's fine.
I've watched some servers and how they managed things, but I feel I miss an important piece. For now, I'm specifically overwhelmed in these parts: financial, marketing and maintaining community (trailer video, logo, development, monthly payments, paid marketing, being online many hours for maintaining community atmosphere).
How do you manage these? I'm not trying to find the special formula to have a successful server, as I am aware now having and maintaining a server needs consistency.
