A good player warp plugin to set limits on luckperms ranks/specific people?

I am currently using CraftingStore and i want my players to be able to purchase player warps they can set themselves instead of mods/owners. What is a good plugin to do this? The plugin needs to have stackable commands, meaning if someone pays for a warp, the console does "/warps add {player} 1" for example, and if they buy it again, it does the command again and gives them 2 and stacks if they buy more, but it also needs to have that limit of warps they buy so they cant create anymore warps then they bought.

Any help/suggestions?
