A strange thing

I am running aLAN-only server using docker with papermc. I decided to run tcpdump (a command that shows all connections on a port) and it showed some external ips sending requests. But they were doing that only when i was quitting the server. Do i have to do anything or is that some mojang/papermc (plugin statistics and updates) stuff?
