Any advice for beginner who’s trying to build a small survival server with player based economy/shops?

This is my second attempt to making a server again for community , the first time it went terrible because I couldn’t understand the economy system . This time I figured out player shops/ economy might be the easiest way but I just need advice or tips on how I should go about this so it can flow perfectly. I’m using essentialsX plugin / advanced region market with quick shop hakari plugin .
