Are these "spikey" stats normal on a self hosted Minecraft server?

I'm not sure what this means and if it's bad or not. Does this mean I should allocate more RAM to the server? Forge 1.20.1 with about 100 mods (Mostly QoL) ... Currently allocating 5GB RAM submitted by /u/le1724 [link] [comments]
