diving suit upgrade - makes the abyss suit work underwater

the diving suit plugin makes the abyss suit (or divers hazmat suit) work underwater

-while wearing the suit
-infinite oxygen
-ui overlay (constricted view like ur wearing the helmet) but doesnt block the games ui.

has been tested i use this in my server.
