Easiest way of Pre-Generating a 1.6.4 World?

I am trying to generate all of the customly built terrain on this 1.6.4 adventure map. I am currently just trying to fly around the whole thing in Creative mode with speed potions. The goal here is to use the island as the world for my 1.21 Survival Server, thus I will have to pre-generate to be able to use on a much newer version. The flying strategy takes a long time, however and I am wondering if there is a faster way of doing this.
