Fabric mod for moderation

I'm searching for a fabric mod to do things like temp ban someone, freeze someone, mute someone, /fly and all kinds of things like that without adding things like /home, /rtp, /tpa and commands that every player has access to without being a moderator. It also has to get updated pretty quickly.
