So this is my first server I'm creating trying to play with a couple of my university's colleages, it's supposed to be something casual for a max of 5 friends. I was searching for some free options on hosting a server on a couple of server providers and on of them says: "Server expires in: 4 hours. Watch an ad and get 4 more hours for free".
So question number 1 is: can any of my friends watch said ad to extend the server or am I the only one who can do it?
Question 2: the Gygabytes they give you to use as memory, is it used out by the map size or by plugins/mods or perhaps both? I don't intend to use any mods or plugins and wanna play it as vanilla as possible.
