So i really wanted to have a SMP with some of my friends so we could all make memories and stuff and i made a server from my old laptop via the official minecraft server.jar and managed to get it running on my other pc (on the same network) but then discovered to play with other people i would need to set up port forwarding. My problem is i never went into these network admin settings or whatever its called and only my dad knows the password but he is not willing to give it to me. Now i will see if i can convince him to give it but in the meantime is there any other way to not enter the network admin page and set it up or atleast via an site? Oh, and the network admin page im talking about is when you enter your default gateway (i think) into the url search and that comes up.
