How do I find people to help with my server?

So I am making a fairly simple server, its like a smp, I have just some standard plugins like essentialsx, vault, coreprotect etc. I however am working on a datapack to add some custom weapons, tools and armor to the game as well as custom mobs. I am willing to do most development portion but I wanted help with my assets and builds on the server like the lobby. I just wanted some more unique stuff tailored to my server's aesthetic. I was wondering where I can find people to help with my project. If you have any follow-up questions i can try to answer them.
