How do i increase the cps on Chunky.

Hello, i have a Minecraft Server with the Chunky plugin, but it runs at about 15 - 20 cps i have 4 CPU Cores 8 GB Ram for the server, the specs are:

AMD EPYC™ 7443P · 4 vCores
8 GB DDR4 Ram 3200MHz
80 GB NVMe SSD

How do i fix this.
