How long should i this player for??

This guy was admin abusing on my server like giving his freinds op armour, elytras, spawn trapping the end and more but he was never actualy given admin. One my actual admins gave him op thinking it was a different person. So he did admin abuse but he wasnt techinicly an admin. Rn i have his ban at 1 week should i change it
