How to fix "Player standing on air - force-sending blocks below" log messages?

I am running a fabric 26.3 server with some server side only qol mods and I have noticed this info message filling the logs. For testing purposes I have set up a local server with no mods and no datapacks installed and I still see the message. I have tried enabling the allow-flight but that didn't fix it, the players and I don't notice any rubber banding, ghost block problems nor network problems. I think this message is being sent when a player is jumping or from my testing I saw the messages when I was flying in creative mode.

I want to find the root cause, not just suppress the log messages.
