How to stop hostile mobs from spawning in a single Multiverse world?

Hey. i’m trying to set up a Minecraft server at my house and I’m trying to build a creative free build world, but I don’t want people using any eggs to spawn anything or have any eggs like spawn in general. If it helps i’m on 1.21.11
