How to Upload a Resource on NulledVault
Uploader Guide – Rules, Tips & Best Practices​

Welcome to the NulledVault uploader guide!
This thread explains how to correctly upload a resource, what is allowed, and how to get more visibility and downloads.

Please read this before submitting your first upload.

Who Can Upload Resources?

All registered members can upload resources, but:

• Some categories may be restricted
• Abuse or rule violations can remove upload rights

If you do not see the upload button, your account may not have permission yet.

How to Upload a Resource

Follow these steps:

1. Go to the Downloads section
2. Choose the correct category for your resource
3. Click “Add File”
4. Fill in all required fields carefully
5. Upload your file or provide a download link
6. Submit the resource for review

After submission, your resource may be checked by moderators before becoming public.

Choosing the Right Category

Always upload your resource into the correct category:

• Minecraft → Plugins, setups, configs
• Unreal Engine 5 → Assets, packs, plugins
• XenForo → Add-ons, styles
• WordPress → Themes, plugins
• .....

Uploading to the wrong category may result in your resource being moved or deleted.

Resource Title & Description

Title tips:

• Use the real name of the resource
• Include version number if possible
• Avoid spam, emojis, or misleading titles

Files & Download Links

You can upload:

• Direct file uploads
• External download links (if allowed)

Rules:

• Files must not contain malware or backdoors
• No broken or fake links
• No password-locked archives without reason
• Always test your file before uploading

If your file is unsafe or broken, it will be removed.

Access Restrictions (Who Can Download)

When uploading, you can choose who is allowed to download your resource:

• All Members
• Level 2 / Level 3 Members
• Vault+ Members

This allows you to:

• Release exclusive content for higher levels
• Reward Vault+ supporters
• Protect premium or high-value resources

Choose wisely — staff may adjust this if needed.

Updates & New Versions

If you release a new version:

• Use the “POST AN UPDATE” option
• Update the version number

Do NOT create a new resource thread for updates unless instructed by staff.

Active uploaders may gain:

• Higher account level
• More download limits
• Special forum benefits
