I accidentally added a ban bypasser and I can't remove it

I added this plugin from some sketchy website. The plugin was meant to be a Skript Addon, like SkBee. Now, the only thing it does is it allows my players to bypass mutes, bans, and even IP bans.

I have done everything I could to remove the plugin, but it always comes back to my plugins folder after around one hour.
