I can't figure out NetherNet! I've been at it for hours!

I could not figure out what was wrong with my server since I changed to nethernet because of the new update. Now I know what's wrong, but I can't seem to get it to work properly! I understand the TCP handshake sending you the UDP information.

Portchecker says its open but I can only play on the same network!
