Hey,
I’m currently building a Minecraft server and I’m a bit unsure about what roles I actually need for my team so everything runs smoothly.
Right now I just want to focus on planning updates and creating content, so I’m trying to structure a team that handles development, management, and community stuff properly.
What roles would you recommend for a small to medium server?
For example: manager, developers, moderators, etc.
Also, what roles are actually essential and which ones are optional?
Any advice or real experience would help a lot
