I want to host a server through my computer and im locked under CGNAT any recommendations?

As the title says im locked behind CGNAT and I wanted to host a server for me and my friends without using radminVPN, some of my friends have trouble installing stuff, and I wanted for them to just be able to join through the internet, is there a way to expose my server to the internet? maybe with a proxy or something, that has low latency and what not? Im on linux fedora btw
